Shipping

Each Pichwai painting is hand-made to order or carefully packed from existing stock, so shipping timelines vary by piece and customisation. Once you confirm a purchase, our team will share an estimated dispatch and delivery timeline specific to your order. Paintings are shipped via insured courier, rolled or crated as appropriate to protect the artwork in transit.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Custom commissions (via our Custom Pichwai request or bespoke sizing) are painted specifically for you. Because production begins on confirmation, custom orders generally cannot be cancelled or returned once work has started, except in the case of a defect. Your artisan and expected timeline will be confirmed with you before any work begins.

Ready-Made Pieces

For pieces purchased from existing stock (not custom-commissioned), please reach out within 48 hours of delivery if the piece arrives damaged or significantly different from what was described, with photos of the artwork and packaging. We’ll work with you on a repair, replacement, or refund on a case-by-case basis.

Authenticity

Every piece ships with a certificate of authenticity confirming it is hand-painted using traditional Nathdwara technique.
