The Kala House does not currently process payments through this website. When you request a purchase, our team contacts you directly (via WhatsApp, email, or phone) to confirm pricing, customisation, and payment — no card or payment details are collected or stored by this site.
Cart & Local Storage
Items you add to your cart are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and are not sent to us until you choose to submit an enquiry or purchase request.
Third-Party Services
We use WhatsApp for direct messaging and, if you choose, Calendly for scheduling visits — both are operated by their respective providers under their own privacy policies once you interact with them.
